Karisma reveals actresses were scared to star opposite Madhuri

Karisma Kapoor has revealed that several actresses were hesitant to take up her role in the iconic 1997 film Dil To Pagal Hai because they were intimidated by the prospect of sharing screen space and a dance face-off with Madhuri Dixit. Reflecting on her role, Karisma said Nisha broke the conventional mould of a Hindi film heroine.
