Dolly Parton’s former California cottage near Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is on the market for $1.995 million. Parton owned the Solvang property from 2004 to 2014. The three-home compound was purchased for $1.3 million in 2022 and renovated for $100,000. It includes seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and a 1,100-square-foot cottage with a wig room.
